Requirements
- Experience working with regulated financial institutions (Payment Institutions, banks, fintechs, or similar)
- Previous experience as a Piloto de Cabine and strong knowledge of SPB (Brazilian Payment System)
- Proven experience in people management and team leadership
- Solid experience with financial routines such as closing, reconciliations, and financial movements
- Familiarity with financial systems such as SAP
- Fluent English for frequent interaction with global teams
- Strong organizational skills and systemic thinking
- Hands-on profile with the ability to structure and execute processes efficiently
