Group Product Manager | Financial Products

EBANX is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead one of the squads within the Financial Products team. The successful candidate will own the end-to-end product strategy, lead a squad of Product Managers, and partner closely with Engineering, Treasury, Tax, Regulatory, PMM, Commercial, and other teams to deliver friction-less, scalable solutions that expand EBANX’s product portfolio and generate new revenues.

Requirements

• Own the vision & strategy — Define and communicate a long-term roadmap for money-movement solutions
• Lead & develop the team — Manage and mentor Product Managers, set clear goals, and foster a high-performance culture
• Shape world-class products — Convert market insights and user pain points into detailed specs
• Champion customer & business understanding — Dive deep into merchant workflows, regulatory trends, and EBANX economics
• Drive cross-functional initiatives — Align Engineering, Treasury, Tax, Regulatory, PMM, and Commercial teams around complex projects
