ECB Financial Group is an award-winning financial institution seeking a dynamic and experienced Branding and Partnership Senior Manager / Team Lead to lead brand development, strategic partnerships, and amplification through various channels including social media.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience (6-8 years) in branding, partnership management, and/or sponsorship activation within the financial services or related industry.
• Strong understanding of brand development principles, storytelling techniques, and marketing trends.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively, solve problems, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to travel as needed for partnership meetings, events, and activations.
