We are looking for a Salesforce Project Manager to join our team and work on Salesforce development projects, configuring, customizing, and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform for EBC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce project management and a passion for driving business growth.
Requirements
- Administer and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements.
- Customize and Optimize Salesforce features to enhance user experience and efficiency.
- Implement and manage Salesforce integrations with other systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
- Analyze and document functional and technical specifications for Salesforce enhancements.
- Develop and maintain the Salesforce product roadmap.
- Define and execute the strategic vision for Salesforce to align with organization goals.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and IT teams to ensure Salesforce meets departmental needs.
- Collaborate with developers and administrators to implement solutions.
- Provide training to users on Salesforce features and best practices.
- Act as a point of contact for user support, addressing issues and ensuring optimal system usage.
- Manage Salesforce releases, ensuring smooth deployment and communication.
- Stay informed about Salesforce updates and assess their impact on the Organization.
- Oversee data quality and integrity within Salesforce.
- Implement and enforce security policies and access controls.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into Salesforce data.
- Leverage Salesforce Analytics for data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce project management experience.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform fundamentals, including lightning flow, process builder, and validation rules.
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Familiarity with Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing settings.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and API development.
- Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Salesforce/Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications are a plus but not required.
