CNA Supervisor
3+ years of experience in skilled nursing, supervisory experience, CNA license
AL QMAP
High school graduation or G.E.D, CPR and First Aid certification, and computer experience
CNA
Graduate of an approved Nurse Aid program and current Colorado CNA license required
AL QMAP
High school graduation or G.E.D., CPR and First Aid certification, QMAP medication certification, and computer experience required
Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
BSN preferred, current licensure in CO as RN or LPN, 5 years supervisory experience in long-term care (preferred), education and training in geriatrics
AL QMAP
High school graduation, CPR certification, QMAP medication certification, and computer experience required
Activity Coordinator
High school diploma, experience in geriatrics or recreation activities, and ability to manage time and communicate effectively
RN
Graduate of approved Licensed Registered Nurse School, current license to practice in the state of Colorado, and ability to supervise care given by nurse aides and provide quality care
Case Manager
Bachelor's degree in social work or human services, valid Colorado driver's license, and experience working with older adults (preferred)
Housekeeper
No education or experience required, on the job training provided
