Job Description
The Assistant Director of Nursing is responsible for leading the nursing team, developing and maintaining nursing service objectives, and executing neighbor care policies. The role involves collaborating with the CNA Supervisor and Director of Nursing, and supervising nursing team members.
Requirements
- BSN preferred
- Current licensure in the state of Colorado as RN or LPN
- 5 years supervisory experience in the long-term care field (preferred)
- Education and training in the field of geriatrics
