Job Description
EBI is seeking a full-time Project Engineer to conduct due diligence services as part of our nationally recognized practice. The successful candidate will perform field assessments of various commercial property types and conduct interviews and independent research of local, state, and federal resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Science, or related field
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in engineering and due diligence consulting, construction, facilities management, or other real estate consulting services
- Experience or familiarity with obtaining data needed to complete ASTM E1527 Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) to ASTM E2018 standards required
- Ability to travel locally and regionally
