Delivery Lead

Role Overview

Delivery Leads are accountable for ensuring teams deliver value consistently and effectively. They create and maintain the conditions for delivery success, focusing on outcomes and ensuring the right balance between business priorities and technical quality.

What You Will Do

Responsible for the delivery of a backlog of work associated with one or more products or change initiatives of varied complexity. Build and maintain motivated teams, coach the team, and apply agile and lean tools and techniques.

Requirements

• Experience of leading and motivating multiple cross-functional teams towards a shared outcome
• Experience influencing developers, QAs, Analysts, and Product Leads in the adoption and appropriate application of agile ways of working
• Experience of managing multiple initiatives and creating agile metrics and reporting
• Knowledge and experience of the full software development lifecycle
• Excellent communication and influence skills
