Job Description
Ebury is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to contribute to the development of our platform channels and work on scaling our main web application. The role involves designing new services and components, taking ownership of products, and mentoring junior engineers. The ideal candidate has experience with Python, Django, PostgreSQL, Redis, and other technologies.
Requirements
- Contribute to the development of the next iteration of our platform channels
- Collaborate with team members and engineering leaders to design new services and components
- Take full ownership of the products you build
- Mentor junior engineers
- Be comfortable with containerising code and adding monitoring and alerting to services
- Write testable and well-covered code with unit and integration tests
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and IaC tools
