Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development (Apex, LWC)
- Architectural vision and ability to design solutions that scale
- Experience with AI and modernization, including Agentforce and AI-driven workflows
- DevOps and pipeline maintenance
- Integration quality and building robust integrations with banking platforms and external financial providers
- Platform reliability and monitoring the health of services
- Security architecture and governance, including permission structures and controls
