Ebury is hiring a Payroll Specialist to help transform how businesses operate globally. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and on-time payment of the company's global team of 1,700+ professionals across 29+ markets.

Requirements

• End-to-end processing of bi-monthly and monthly payrolls
• Analysis and documentation of each country's control framework and payroll processing guidance
• Ad hoc project support
• Manage relationships with various stakeholders and the payroll provider
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies
• Performing reconciliations and audit tasks for monthly payrolls
• Stay up to date with local payroll regulations
• Support Finance teams with month-end close and reporting activities
• Regularly review payroll processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and reliability
