We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Lenexa, KS office. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to troubleshoot issues efficiently, and have a passion for building lasting relationships with clients.

• Microsoft Office and CRM Tools experience (Salesforce experience is a plus!)
