Job Description
ECBuild is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. This role is responsible for the overall direction, supervision and daily operations of projects with budgets ranging from $10 to $50 million.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in the role of Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or related field required.
- OSHA 30 Hour Certified.
- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods); subcontractor agreements, jurisdiction, negotiations; estimating, schedules and safety required.
- Familiarity of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Excellent communication, organizational and supervisory skills essential.
- Excellent time management skills and a high attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel.
- Proficient with Bluebeam.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel and work at various locations.
- Ability to work well with diverse, multi-disciplined groups.
