Job Description
ECC is seeking a Finance Consultant/Contractor to structure financing for projects. The role involves coordinating with banks, performing financial analysis, and generating recommendations for loan terms. The consultant will also travel extensively and build relationships with global banking professionals.
Requirements
- Coordinate with investment banks, export credit agencies, development finance institutions, and multilateral development banks.
- Review and analyze indicative loan term sheets.
- Develop comparative analysis tables.
- Conduct preliminary negotiations with banks.
- Travel globally to meet with banks and attend conferences.
