Job Description
Echo Base is seeking a Manager, Accounting to join a lean, high-performing finance team. The ideal candidate will have deep US GAAP accounting expertise and experience running full monthly close processes in a multi-entity global company. The role requires someone who is comfortable moving between technical accounting, operational execution, cross-functional requests, and budgeting support.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience
- Minimum of a Bachelor's in Accounting; licensed CPA, and Master's preferred but not required
- Deep US GAAP accounting expertise
- Experience running full monthly close processes in a multi-entity global company
- Ownership of Accounts Payable processes
- Strong ability to manage high-volume operational requests
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment
