Requirements

• Ability to follow written procedures and understand verbal instructions effectively.
• Capable of standing for the entire shift and lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Demonstrates basic mechanical aptitude.
• Skilled in multitasking, including accurate counting and safe operation of trimming devices and small hand tools.
• Flexible and willing to work on various production lines during downtime.
