Quality Manager

ECHO Incorporated is hiring a Quality Manager to provide strategic and hands-on leadership for all quality operations at the facility, ensuring products consistently meet company standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of management experience in a quality role in manufacturing.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO-based Quality Management Systems.
• Proven track record leading root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Hands-on experience working with suppliers, including audits, inspections, and quality performance improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence decision-making at multiple levels of the organization.
• Strong people leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable.
• Clear and confident communicator capable of engaging with frontline employees, leadership, and external partners.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with a practical, solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment while maintaining a strategic perspective.
• Proficient in quality documentation, reporting, and standard business software tools.
