ECI is the leading global provider of managed services, cybersecurity, and business transformation for mid-market financial services organizations across the globe. In this role, you will play a key role in our technical delivery team by working with a Client Technology Manager (CTM), and Senior Engineers to drive the technology programs, including Cloud implementation and support, desktop engineering escalation and networking for a defined portfolio of clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in an Information Technology related field, or 3+ years comparable experience in a technology administration role
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems such as Windows Server and Windows 10/11
- Intermediate understanding of networking concepts: Routing, Switching, network security, hardware and software VPN clients
- Proficient with deployment and troubleshooting of operating systems and applications
- Android/iOS configuration, troubleshooting and integration with MDM solutions
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 modern workplace including Intune
- Experience with cyber-security concepts (Multi-Factor Authentication, Endpoint protection, Web and Mail security platforms)
- Ability to perform patching and maintenance of systems
- Experience with backup configuration and data recovery
- Familiarity with enterprise management tools and tasks (vulnerability management, event management, RMM)
- Experience using PowerShell to manage Microsoft products
- Proficient in incident response management during security events and high-priority escalations, as well as disaster recovery and business continuity activations
