Job Description
The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing PO and non-PO invoices, reconciling invoice quantities and pricing, and managing vendor accounts. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with strict deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of US-based Accounts Payable experience
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft D365 or similar ERP systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, reconciliations)
- Strong communication skills for effective coordination with departments and US vendors
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Will to work fixed night shift (US hours) and Philippine holidays
- Amenable to onsite work
