Job Description
eClerx is seeking a full-time Associate Process Manager to join their Mortgage team in Pune, Maharashtra, India. The role involves mortgage application review, document verification, coordinating with third parties, ensuring compliance, and proactively managing loan files. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess a strong understanding of mortgage documentation.
Requirements
- Thoroughly review the Uniform Residential Loan Application (1003) for accuracy and completeness.
- Verify the authenticity and accuracy of income, asset, and credit documents submitted by applicants.
- Proactively follow up with external vendors to obtain necessary documentation.
- Work diligently to clear all initial conditions on the loan file.
- Prepare and submit complete and organized loan files to the Underwriting department.
- Strictly adhere to the Bank's compliance policies and procedures, including the SAFE Act.
