Job Description
The Associate Process Manager for FCC in Pune, Maharashtra, India will be responsible for the operational aspects of KYC/AML compliance. This role involves conducting KYC/Client Due Diligence, identifying discrepancies, proposing optimal solutions, and providing a point of contact to the Financial Crime Compliance team. The candidate will be proactive, self-directed, and focused on achieving both customer satisfaction and adhering to regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in B. Com /BBM or Master’s Degree in M. Com/MBA/PGDM
- 2 to 6 years' experience in AML Compliance & KYC within the financial services industry
- Sound business acumen
- Knowledge of or experience in a professional services firm
- Strong analytical and investigative skills
- Knowledge of client structures used within the financial services industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
