Job Description
The Associate Process Manager is responsible for providing in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and applying it to operational scenarios to solve issues and maintain quality. The role involves due diligence, KYC/AML compliance, process improvements, and reporting to the Compliance team. This position requires a proactive and self-directed individual with excellent analytical and communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in B. Com /BBM or Master’s Degree in M. Com/MBA/PGDM
- 2 to 6 years' experience in AML Compliance & KYC within the financial services industry with experience in conducting due diligence
- Sound business acumen and knowledge of client structures within the financial services industry
- Strong analytical and investigative skills
- Knowledge of KYC/CDD industry developments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
