Job Description
eClerx is seeking a Process Manager to provide effective solutions within the KYC, AML, and Due Diligence teams. The role involves identifying discrepancies, proposing optimal solutions, and leading teams towards company objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen and be proactive in addressing client needs and process improvements.
Requirements
- Deep functional knowledge of KYC, AML, Due Diligence.
- Strong business understanding of finance industry (KYC lifecycle).
- Knowledge of PEP reviews, negative alert review, and sanctioned countries.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Graduation or Post-Graduation in a related field
