Job Description
We are looking for a Workfront Subject Matter Expert to monitor, troubleshoot, and uplift newly launched campaign workflow automation in Adobe Workfront.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience with Adobe Workfront (workflow creation, forms, approvals)
- Hands-on experience with Workfront Fusion for workflow enhancement or automation tasks
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Workfront processes
- Ability to translate business processes into Workfront workflows
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience
- Experience in campaign operations, marketing workflows, or MarTech is a plus
- Good to Have: Workfront or Fusion certifications, Experience integrating Workfront with AEM, CRM, or other marketing systems, Understanding of governance, naming conventions, or workflow best practices
