Job Description
The Associate Process Manager will be responsible for managing and administering Microsoft Exchange Servers and related technologies, including installing, configuring, and maintaining Exchange server software and related components.
Requirements
- At least 9 years of experience in Exchange server administration and related technologies
- Strong knowledge of Exchange Server 2013/2016/2019, Exchange Online, Office 365 Services, and related technologies
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for Exchange administration automation
- Experience with Email Archiving Solutions and MDM Solutions
- Strong Knowledge of Office 365 Hybrid Services, Microsoft Teams, and Skype for Business 2015\2019
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with other IT teams and end-users
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
