Job Description
The Associate Program Manager role at APGM involves architecting and designing scalable software systems, guiding teams on best practices, and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and security guidelines. This position requires strong technical skills in areas such as cloud computing, DevOps, and team leadership. The role will focus on technical architecture, solution architecture, cloud & DevOps leadership, and team mentorship.
Requirements
- 12+ years of software development and architecture experience
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Java (Spring/Spring Boot)
- In-depth knowledge of SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and schema optimization
- Proven experience architecting on AWS and Azure
- Expertise in microservices architecture, REST APIs, and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
- Deep understanding of security best practices, high availability, and performance tuning
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, architecture documentation tools (e.g., Lucidchart, ArchiMate, UML)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
