Job Description
We are looking for a Junior AI Engineer to join our team in building AI-powered tools for financial markets use cases, focusing on agentic workflows and GenAI capabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong Python programming skills, foundational understanding of LLMs, and practical experience with LLM/GenAI development.
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience building production software with strong hands-on coding ownership
- Strong Python programming skills with comfort working in a shared professional codebase
- Foundational understanding of LLMs: attention mechanisms, tokenization, context windows, and inference trade-offs
- Practical experience with LLM/GenAI development: prompt and context design, structured outputs, tool calling, and agentic workflows
