Job Description
Leads and oversees facilities staff, ensures building code compliance, and coordinates with building management.
Requirements
- Leads and Oversees Facilities Staff/ Team Members
- Ensures Building Code, City Ordinance/s and other Government mandated compliance
- Acts as the primary contact for any building issues
- Coordinates with the Building’s Management in all its facilities related concerns
- Responds to on- call facilities concerns of all departments
- Monitors contractor performance
- Assists in maintaining building security
- Solicits bid and quotes from vendors
- Conducts routine and miscellaneous inspections
- Oversees the safe atmosphere in facility by enforcing facility and departmental policies and procedures
- Prepares reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
