Job Description
The Real Time Analyst will manage and ensure service level agreements for various programs, analyze data, and help improve delivery processes. Responsibilities include call volume management, metric generation, and reporting.
Requirements
- Manage the call volume, daily attendance, and program break schedules.
- Assist with creation of metrics and targets for services.
- Generate daily, biweekly and monthly internal reports.
- Assist with projects and other duties as requested or assigned.
