Job Description
eClerx is seeking a Senior Analyst to contribute to the digitisation and remediation of legal agreements, particularly with regard to ISDA, CSA, REPO, SLA, and PBA agreements. The role involves data capture, processing, data quality, risk identification, and reporting, both internally and with external stakeholders. The company serves large global clients.
Requirements
- Agreement Type (ISDA MA, CSA, Repo, SLA, PBA) - Basic understanding of the above
- Bachelor's Degree in B. Com /BBM or Master’s Degree in M. Com/MBA/PGDM
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Investment Banking
- Logical and quantitative abilities to derive information from data
