Job Description
eClerx is seeking an experienced Quality Analyst with 6-12 months of experience in inbound process quality operations, to provide effective feedback, participate in client calibrations, and ensure timely delivery of client projects.
Requirements
- Provide effective feedback
- Participate in client calibrations
- Conduct team huddles and meetings
- Advocate organizational policies and procedures
- Ensure client deliverables met within timelines
- Ensure productivity/quality enhancement
- Flexible for 24X7 shifts
- Good Knowledge of Inbound Quality operations
- Good Knowledge of Excel
- Ability to analyse information and evaluate results
- Ability to quickly and efficiently assimilate process knowledge
- Detail & result oriented, self-motivated with good analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in teams
