Job Description
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a proactive attitude, capable of working collaboratively, managing multiple clients, and maintaining quality standards. They should understand financial processes, AML/KYC regulations, and be able to work independently within defined timeframes. This role focuses on process improvement and risk mitigation for large investment banks.
Requirements
- Manage KYC operations for a large Investment Bank
- Independently handle multiple clients POCs
- Build domain expertise in KYC/AML/Due Diligence processes
- Maintain process documentation
- Understand financial, trade life cycle, investment banking, and derivatives concepts
- Manage risks effectively
- Act decisively in critical situations
- Continuously learn and stay relevant
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage tasks with minimal guidance
