The IT Support Specialist shall be primarily responsible for day-to-day operations and support of eClinical Solutions employees and computer systems.
Requirements
- Maintain, monitor, and support the company's network infrastructure, including desktops, servers and hosted applications.
- Provide exceptional day-to-day technical support for local and remote users as required.
- Configure and maintain user workstations and corporate images.
- Manage User Identity Access Management, including Active Directory, Office 365, Single Sign-On and Multi-Factor Authentication solutions
- Prepare and maintain appropriate documentation as required
