Job Description
Lincoln International is seeking a Vice President to join its rapidly growing M&A practice in the Chicago office. The role involves building relationships with clients and potential clients, executing sell-side deals in the middle market, and contributing to the development of Associates and Analysts.
Requirements
- Strong track record of executing financing and/or M&A transactions in the middle market
- Ability to confidently and credibly connect with potential new clients and lead client meetings
- Excellent finance, accounting, and financial modeling skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to seek and identify new business opportunities
- Experience in managing teams of Associates and Analysts
- MBA from a top-tier program and strong academic record
