Assistant Compliance Manager

EcoCeres is seeking an Assistant Compliance Manager to join its Legal & Compliance Department. The role involves driving the formulation, implementation and monitoring of compliance policies, procedures and corporate governance standards. The ideal candidate should have a background in compliance, internal audit or legal with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in compliance, internal audit or legal; KYC experience is an advantage.
• Degree in law, accounting, or a related discipline preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to assess issues from multiple perspectives.
• Willingness to learn and research new regulatory requirements and other compliance-related matters.
• Great communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across the Group with diverse culture.
• High level of integrity and professionalism, with a strong commitment to building a long-term career in legal and compliance.
