Business Process Analyst

We're looking to hire an Analyst (Global Planning) to join our Global Supply Chain Analytics team in Pune, India. In this role, you’ll be responsible for discovering insights and overseeing Planning KPIs in Supply / Demand Planning space thereby influencing planner’s decision-making and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations management, information systems, engineering or a related field (advanced degree a plus)
• 3-6 years of experience as a supply chain analyst or planner or Supply chain consultant
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Exposure to technical skills in visualization using MS Power BI and familiarity to Python and SQL
• Good to have exposure in cloud platforms (Azure / AWS) and data management in SQL querying and SAP tables / transactions for process excellence and quality functions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
