Join Ecolab as a Director of Business Operations, leading the Commercial excellence and business operations of the Global Bioprocessing business. The role involves sales operations management, sales effectiveness, and managing key growth initiatives, with leadership responsibility for a team of 3-5. Direct report to the Vice President of Global Sales.
Requirements
- Create and sustain commercial operational consistency and compliance across the global Bioprocessing sales business
- Lead projects to drive operational efficiency and impact global alignment
- Increase sales effectiveness through strong sales analytics and data integrity of the CRM system
- Execute and track growth drivers/growth initiatives
- Own the Sales & Operations (S&OP) process from a commercial standpoint and manage commercial coordination with the manufacturing plant
