We're excited to announce an opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role that supports the success of our business in Romania. We're looking for a Finance Plant Controller to lead a team of experienced professionals at our Ecolab plant in Victoria, Brasov County.

Requirements

• Partner strategically with the Plant Manager to drive sound financial and operational decisions
• Lead and grow the site finance team, ensuring accurate financial reporting in line with US GAAP and statutory requirements
• Manage site financial reporting and provide clear, insightful monthly management reports
• Collaborate closely with plant leadership to identify efficiency improvements and cost-saving opportunities
• Act as the key contact for auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance and governance
