Job Description
We are looking for a Regional Manager FRS to lead the commercial and operational strategy of the region, develop and manage strategic relationships with customers, and drive growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Administration or related career (MBA or Master's degree desirable)
- 5+ years of experience leading commercial teams
- 8+ years of experience in B2B sales or senior commercial roles
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams
- Advanced English proficiency
- Leadership, negotiation, business analysis and decision-making skills
