Job Description
As a Procurement Analyst, you will be the strategic link between our engineering, operations, finance, and business leadership. You will leverage data analytics and total cost modeling to optimize our inventory, strengthen supplier partnerships, and ensure our production lines never miss a beat.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, or Finance, backed by 3–5+ years of procurement experience specifically within casting or injection molding environments.
- Technical Literacy: Deep proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle, etc.) and advanced Excel skills.
- Analytical Rigor: Interpretation of large datasets, building complex cost models (TCO/DFM), and converting insights into actionable business plans.
- Process Knowledge: Familiarity with PPAP, APQP, and supplier quality processes.
- Ownership Mindset: You are a proactive problem-solver who thrives on initiative and has the interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
