What You Will Do

As an Implementation Consultant, you'll be accountable for delivering implementation projects, eliciting client requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience acting as the primary point of contact from implementation through to BAU
• Strong understanding of software implementation lifecycles
• Proven ability to gather, analyse and clearly document requirements
• Skilled in running client and internal workshops
• Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and negotiation skills
• Proactive and self-driven, able to take initiative and deliver results
• Highly organised with strong multitasking and time-management skills
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
