Intermediate Civil Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Intermediate Civil Engineer to join our growing Civil team in Kelowna, BC or Toronto, ON. The successful candidate will play an important role in preparing engineering designs, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring projects are delivered within scope, schedule, and budget while meeting applicable design standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Registered as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in British Columbia or eligible for registration.
• 4–7 years of progressive experience in civil engineering design, ideally within a consulting environment.
• Experience with site development, stormwater management, drainage, utility servicing, and road design.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D; experience with modeling tools such as StormCAD, WaterCAD, or HEC-RAS is considered an asset.
• Familiarity with municipal design standards and Canadian engineering codes and practices.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites when required.
• Intermediate First Aid Designation considered an asset.
