Construction Project Manager - MEP System

We are looking for a dynamic MEP Project Manager to oversee on-site construction operations, manage subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders at higher-education facilities, and drive the success of projects in a versatile and highly integrated team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of construction management/project manager/project engineer experience with recognized leadership in execution
• Experience in HVAC or mechanical construction
• Strong communication (written and verbal), listening, and negotiating skills in English
• Team player with a positive attitude, resilience, and determination
• Quick critical thinking ability under pressure
• Top-notch organizational skills
• Resourceful and excellent judgment
• Field-based role with 3–4 days/week on active project sites across NYC and surrounding regions
• Occasional Philadelphia travel flexibility is required
