Project Director (Building Mechanical Systems)

We are seeking a Project Director to lead our building mechanical systems projects. The role requires a strong background in construction project management, technical depth, and leadership finesse.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or equivalent field required
• 7+ years of experience in construction project management and leading teams
• Understanding and application of local permits and regulations
• Understanding of business risk and financial implications of decisions and judgment to balance schedule, budget, and project team efforts
• Knowledge and/or interest in energy systems in the built environment (boilers, chillers, and cogeneration plants)
