Senior Business Development Manager

Ecosystem is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead the acquisition of multi-million-dollar energy infrastructure projects, driving growth and success in the New York Tri-State Area. The role requires expertise in building strategic relationships, navigating complex sales cycles, and delivering innovative solutions to clients.

Requirements

• Establish and maintain a strong customer base
• Connect with prospects to evaluate their needs and demonstrate Ecosystem's value
• Use a consultative sales approach to develop lasting relationships with executive decision-makers
• Partner with in-house engineering teams to assess and validate client needs
• Coordinate and lead clients' on-site walk-throughs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to craft timely, high-quality proposals
• Contribute to go-to-market strategy development and execution
• Monitor client satisfaction through structured feedback
