Sales Coordinator

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for every inbound inquiry, creating a warm and professional first impression and guiding prospects through a defined intake process. You will support the Sales Team with organized and detail-oriented administrative work, keeping everything running on time. The role requires a process-first mindset, strong organizational skills, and clear communication.

Requirements

• Answer calls and emails, qualify leads, and route prospects into the sales pipeline.
• Manage contracts, HubSpot, deposits, calendars, and client folders with precision.
• Support every step of the client journey from first contact through System Tour, referral tracking, and partner gifting.
• Maintain a clean and organized office, including supplies, plants, fridges, and common areas.
• Handle behind-the-scenes details such as mail, payments, meeting coordination, and company events.
