Job Description
The EDAG Group is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to own the mechanical design and development of a novel, high volume, high voltage electro mechanical system. The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related field, 3+ years of experience designing, developing, and releasing electro-mechanical components and systems for volume production, and expertise in Catia, Enovia, or similar tools.
Requirements
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience designing, developing, and releasing electro-mechanical components and systems for volume production
- High level of expertise and proficiency with Catia, Enovia, or similar tools
- Experience in application of GD&T and tolerance stack analyses
- Ability to review and act upon simulation and test results to improve the design
- Strong engineering fundamentals, and ability to apply broadly to vehicle systems and manufacturing processes
