Join the Analog Technology Development (ATD) Group at Texas Instruments to define and develop next-generation process and device technologies. As a Process Engineering Intern, you will work on critical tasks such as defining electrical test circuits, characterizing process yield data, and assessing reliability.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include defining electrical test circuits, characterizing and analyzing process yield data, assessing the reliability of the metal and dielectric of the interconnect system, and driving actions to meet yield and reliability needs.
