Join the Analog Technology Development (ATD) Group at Texas Instruments to work on defining and developing next-generation process and device technologies. As a Process Engineering Intern, you will be a key member of a team that defines and develops processes and process flows to achieve interconnect performance and reliability needs.
Your activities will include defining electrical test circuits, characterizing and analyzing process yield data, assessing the reliability of the metal and dielectric of the interconnect system, and driving actions to meet yield and reliability needs.
