Client Service Associate

Edelman Financial Engines is a financial planning and investment advisory firm that seeks a Client Service Associate to partner with financial planners, provide customer service, and perform administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has financial services experience, strong client service and communication skills, and a good understanding of finance.

Requirements

• Two years of relevant experience (Registered Investment Advisor or Broker/Dealer) is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Good understanding of finance and investment markets/securities
• Critical thinking, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills required.
• Able to adapt to changes in the work environment, handle challenging demands and work with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
• Position requires a high level of confidentiality.

Benefits

• Competitive base salary range of $50,000 - $65,000
• Annual target cash bonus
• Ability to earn additional cash bonuses for contributions throughout the year
